The old saw goes, “Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good,” and in the case of the guy driving this wild Camaro drag car we couldn’t agree more. We have never seen a car on a drag strip get more out of control and not hit anything in our lives. By all rights, this Camaro should have been totaled on both ends and part of the middle. You’ll need to watch this video a couple times to see just how close the car came to having multiple cases of concrete poisoning.
Our question is, do you think the guy driving this thing had any input on the outcome of he unplanned stunt driving mission or was he just gripping the wheel and yelling the Lord’s prayer while the car spun and shot all over the track?

The first 2 “saves” I’ll give to the driver. After that, he was hanging on for the ride( note the front wheels not changing position).
Quick change of underwear and I’m sure he was good to go for the next pass.
Yeh – I always say I it never hurts to have a bit of lady luck riding with you.
Good driving or just lucky – never good to see someone crash.

Even though I had already read that all ended well, I was sure the wheelie bars were going to finish him on his spin around. Looked like they were going to catch the wall.
I was there that nigh working taking photos n the problem was that one of the water line pop off that was in side of the car n that’s what made him loose control of the car wants the car was stop I ask the driver what he did n he told me he just closed his eyes n pry to god that nothing would happen!!!! very lucky in my mind …….
