Here’s the fifth video in the series, and the tube work is done! The chassis in this bad boy is now certified to 6.0 which means it is going to be legal to haul ass! In the last episode some of the carbon fiber started coming together as well, and in this one more drivetrain and suspension fab is happening, and the chassis gets its SFI Cert done too! Okay folks, this one is going to be something special. And it takes someone special to want to build something like this but we love Peter Bjorck for it! We’re not going to tell you what body this car is going to have on it, until you learn in the first video with us, but man this is going to be a bit of a sleeper. Sort of. The plan is for this to be a 25.2 SFI certified chassis that is all-wheel drive and powered by a Lamborghini V10 with twin turbos. We already know these are capable of crazy power and that means that in this lightweight car it really should be something special on the streets. I say streets because this car is specifically being put together to have a license plate and be driven to and from wherever he wants to take it. I can tell you that nothing would be cooler than for him to get this thing together and then bring it over for Rocky Mountain Race Week one year.
