Watch The World’s Most Powerful Golf Cart Lay Down 291hp On The Dyno Rollers!

Maybe it was the golf bag, maybe it was the cool wheels, or maybe it was the fact that this is the world’s most powerful golf cart, but something Jon Smith send us some info and links to the Plum Quick golf cart, which is billed to be the world’s most powerful. We’re going on record as believing that because in this video you will see the electric cart turn the dyno rollers and record a pull of 291hp at its little tires. Perhaps even more freaking nuts is the fact that this thing had a top wheel speed of 128mph! We’re not sure that it would actually go that fast when being propelled “on land” but it’ll run over 100 easy, we’d have to guess.

Yeah, it is electric but it is pretty freaking pissed to be doing what it does on the rollers and the guy who owns and operates it obviously has a sense of humor with the golf bag strapped across its back. From what we have read, the cart has turned speeds upwards of 98 mph IN THE EIGHTH MILE. Odyssey batteries is a sponsor of the cart and we think that it was a brilliant deal to have their name on it because it has to draw a crowd where ever it goes, especially when it hits the track. There are some videos that you can see after you watch the dyno pulls below that depict this thing getting down the drag strip (or at least trying to).

290hp, no wheelbase, no weight, and a golf bag. BANGSHIFT APPROVED!

My good friend Robby Steen is the owner and driver of this cart. He also owns Plum Quick motors with his dad and brother. I have all my cart motors built by them they are awesome folks and know their stuff.
I will be wearing my team ring on the 2016 HRPT!
