Build Your Own Adjustable Swaybar For Your Next Project!

Build Your Own Adjustable Swaybar For Your Next Project!

I’ve built a few adjustable sway, or anti-roll bars in my time, but never has one of my modifications been nearly as trick looking as the one Matt from Urchfab has whipped up for the Mongrel project. Mine have totally worked, and I’d build one like them again, but if I had the tools then this one is pretty inspirational as well and I’m sure it will work wonders. Watch the video and check it out to see if you might be inspired to build your own as well.

Even if you took this idea and ran with it, the premise is one that I think could be used in a couple different ways. If you aren’t familiar with this project, it is the melding of old English Ford and Mazda Miata which sounds totally absurd but is really totally rad and cool!

I love this little project and think that if my fat ass could fit in the seat this would be one hell of a ride to throw around the autocross, road course, or drift track. Take a look, see what you think, and then get out in the garage and build something for your project this weekend!
