Video Description:

In this video, I’m sharing a simple old-school trick for removing stubborn rubber suspension bushings without burning them out. This method has saved me a ton of time over the years — and more than a few headaches from melted rubber and smoke-filled shops.

Using nothing more than a junk drill bit and a little patience, I’ll show you how to walk the rubber out of the bushing safely while keeping the housing usable for new bushings. I’ll also explain why you need to pay attention to sleeves when switching between rubber and polyurethane suspension parts.

If you’re working on old suspension components and want a cleaner, easier way to get bushings out, this trick is worth knowing.
