(Photos by Wes Allison) – Now THIS is good stuff. The Goodguys series of car shows and events across the country is filled with big happenings, huge gatherings, and fun times. That’s their hallmark, but like any other series some events just stand taller than others. When it comes to Goodguys, Columbus, Ohio is a simply titanic event. Like all things in 2020, it was interrupted and didn’t happen. Apparently all that did was build a tidal wave of pent up demand that washed over the massive festival last weekend. We there, shot hundreds of photos, and are getting our coverage kicked off today.
This was the 23rd Goodguys Summit Racing Equipment Nationals presented by PPG and like the others in the past, it had the things that people count on at Goodguys shows. There’s the massive amount of vendors, the car corral, the interactive displays, the autocross, the vehicles displayed both indoors and outdoors. The show is basically endless and then at night when everyone leaves to cruise the town, the fun keeps up!
Enjoy this first blast of images. We loved being there.
