Green Monster: This LMR Prototype Has A 500hp Turbocharged Hyabusa Engine And An Amazingly Cheap Selling Price

We’re calling it right now, this is the best bang for the buck car for sale on eBay right now. Why? It’s a track car but it can also be made street legal if you feel the need to cruise it on the streets. Weighing 1,050lb before the driver, the LMR Turbo Prototype is powered by a 500hp (on 18psi of boost) Hyabusa motorcycle engine. Even if you are of a robust build, the power to weight ratio of this car with you in it will still be completely mental. You’re talking about full on-race car style stuff at that point. Designed for open track days (and as we mentioned) street driving, it is light, low, spartan, and bad ass.

The thing is for sale, complete as you see it for less than $20,000. You can add the fully loaded enclosed trailer for another $4,000 if you don’t have a way to haul it around. For less than $25,000 you could have an blindingly fast race car and trailer. That’s a smoking deal by any measure for sure!

Just in case you think the thing has been run ragged, it is on brand new tires and the engine has a claimed 2.5 hours TOTAL on the race track. This green monster is fresher than fresh and we think it would be a really fun toy for someone to scoop up, especially someone looking for a destroyer at the autocross or time attack events in their local area.

This thing is awesome and priced to sell.

Cool car but….don’t try to sell saying you could make it street legal. If you took off the nose and spoiler, raised it 4-5 ” and…. stupid sales pitch.

That could be street legal in Michigan. I mean heck – you’d only have your license for a couple days anyways….
