The 2nd gen GM F-Body (Camaro/Firebird) is becoming increasingly popular in the muscle car arena, for both restoration and performance applications. We’re excited to announce our MOMENTUM subframes are now available for the 2nd gen F-Body platform, as they vastly improve the handling capabilities and ride quality of these cars. How? That’s all thanks to the torsionally stiffer boxed and powder coated subframe that features narrower, yet stronger frame rails, allowing the installation of much wider width wheels and tires. Since we were starting with a clean slate design, we were able to choose our desired suspension pickup points and further improve upon the suspension geometry beyond the factory limitations. On top of that, a rack and pinion steering upgrade greatly improves driver feedback and confidence behind the wheel.
