This Miniature Chevy Nova Is Powered By A Kawasaki Engine And Is Street Legal/Driven! How Cool?!

This is one of the most fun looking things we have seen in forever. You are looking at a miniature Nova that is powered by a bad ass motorcycle engine, is street legal, seats two, and must me more fun than 16 barrels of monkeys to whip around. The seller does not give much history on the body or the chassis but we’re wondering if this may be on some sort of a modified Legend car chassis or something of that nature. Proportionally it is good looking, the Yenko stripes are perfect, and the little steel wheels are also good.

Can you imagine ripping down the street in this car and the looks you must get? How about at the drags or even at an autocross. The Nova may not overpower anyone in a drag race but it would certainly handle their business on an autocross course with little weight, some decent tires, and the coil over suspension that the chassis wears.

We have never seen anything like this little Nova before but it seems like a brilliant idea. We’re guessing that the thing is old and that it was one of a handful made or perhaps a one-off? Has anyone ever seen anything like this miniature Chevy Nova before? Know any history? Here’s the text of the CL listing in case it gets yanked:

1970 nova miniature. Tube chassis, Toyota 8 bolt rear, mustang strut front, 185 hp Kawasaki fuel injected 2001 zx12r engine. Cars weight around 1200lbs. Fiberglass one of a kind body. Optic armor windows, brand new toyo proxes tires. Has enough room in rear fender wells to stuff a 26×14 tire. I drive it on the street and have a clean Missouri title. Its kind of like driving a gocart/racecar/motorcycle on the street and getting away with it. (309)333-604five $10000 no trades

Still a piece of Chevy shit – it would just be easier to drive over it and squash it out of existence…

Geordie is on fire today! What happened, too many ghost chile burritos last night? It must be a blast to drive, just not big enough for me.

I built it. It is the only one. Side affect of to many episodes of street outlaws. You can only watch those bad ass cars so many times before you have to just get your ass up off the couch and go build one, My budget was a little less than theirs.

I like it . Looks like a blast . I new side by side would cost you that . But this you can drive on the road . 10000 is alot but you’ll never run out of people to talk to at the gas station . Its the same idea as building a ship in a bottle . Only this one you can still drive . I wonder if it gets smart car mileage.

@DarrellHurt… a lot of questions – how do you, get in it; shift it; how fast is it; how well does it auto-x; how big is the gas tank; how does a tank last, anything else you can share

geordie go back to your parent’s basement and your Victoria’s Secrets catalogues. You and your inane comments are just tedious.
