The words you need to pay attention to in this video are, “Hold on, let’s let Zack…” because while the guy doesn’t complete the sentence, we’re virtually certain that the words would have been, “Get out of the back of the truck.” Zack would have had a far better day, and perhaps a far better life if that advice had been heeded because this thing turns into a Super Dave Osborne skit half a second after the guy holding the camera says those words. The whole operation is pretty sketchy from the start as the “host” tells us that the guys are out doing some “redneck logging with a 350 Chevy” and we see the dual-exhausted Z71 stepside truck waiting to be hooked to a tree or some other apparently non-moveable object.
The driver of the truck makes a dry run at it and apparently the cable or chain fell off because he moves the truck back into position and another guy comes over the hook the whole works up. Once hooked, the guy in the truck stands on the gas and it accelerates as hard as it can until the slack is out and the BAM the back of the truck is instantly thrown feet in the air and you can see a guy get vaulted out of it like he was shot out of the muzzle of a cannon! The only thing missing is the catch net which is the forest floor in this case. The video cuts off quickly after Zack gets thrown but wow. We watched it a bunch of times and unless that kid if Spider Man, he was a hurting unit upon impact.

Why can’t people hold a camera still? Is holding the camera still while filming an inherent skill you’re born with? Weird, seems naturally easy…and I’ve done stupid sh.t like these guys! Lol
