(Photos by Charles Wickam) – Well, we’re finally at the end of our run of great Wickam photos from the 2015 Houston Performance Trucks shootout at Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas. We have showed you cool old rigs, some laid out new stuff, some seven second trucks are featured here, and even a five second truck has found its way into the mix as well. Since this race is held so early in the season, there’s plenty of time for racers to get their stuff tuned up for more smack to be talked and for more performances to be laid down before next’s year’s show.
You know enough about the race from all the stuff we’ve told you over the last week. Just enjoy this final look at the 2015 Houston Performance Trucks shootout. It is a unique event in the fact that it is likely the largest gathering of single digit ET capable pickup trucks in the nation. It includes gassers and diesels, nitrous, turbos, and blown mills as well. Truly one you need to have on your “must attend” list for 2016!
