We have seen some really neat remote control stuff here on BangShift over the years but when it comes to detail and functionality, we’re not sure that we have seen anything that compares to the truck you are about to see below. 100% custom built from the paint right down to the dumpster itself, the truck represents months and months of work and some of the widest small scale craftsmanship we can imagine. How detailed is it? There are 66 working lights on the truck including the blinkers and all kinds of marker lights as well.

The dumpster comes off the truck just like it does in a full sized model and it can load itself just like the real deal as well. The builders wanted to keep the truck accurate as far as speed so they have geared it down and slowed it down so it is more like a big truck. The thing even has a three speed manual transmission that is shifted from the control box!

The guy narrating says that the dumpster has five pounds of capacity which is pretty awesome and that the guys who did this car basically make anything you can dream up. When you see the screw style dumpster lifting and lowering mechanism in action you’ll believe him. This is really one of the most unique and cool RC truck we have laid eyes on in some time. Totally tubular!

  1. Chevy Hatin' Mad Geordie

Almost all the R/C model trucks I have seen look like they are fresh out of the factory. A real dumpster truck is a filthy, stinking rusting wheeled health hazard guaranteed to pollute the lungs of any biker caught behind it on a steep hill – that’s from personal experience by the way. So come on guys, distress that immaculate paint job and immerse it in a biker bar toilet bowl for a week and then you’ll have a real true-to life replica…
