Correct me if I’m wrong, but normally, when the damn frame folds up on a truck, that should be game over, end of story, time to take the truck down for repairs (if you are able to). Do not pass GO!, pay a lot more than $200 on the way, and maybe you might see the truck roll again someday. Or, you could just bend the frame straight enough for the truck to move, win a tug-of-war against a purpose-built vehicle, collect a thousand bucks and call it good. This all went down recently: a Cummins Ram lined up against a Ford mega truck powered by a Powerstroke. The first pull turns the Ram into a chevron, with the frame buckling in the middle, pointing straight up. That alone should have ended the guy’s night, but winning $1,000 and shutting up the guy who just folded up the truck into origami took precedence. But just how do you come back when your truck is now shaped like a pyramid? Determination, a backhoe and a skid steer, that’s how. This is wild!
