Once in a while when we are digging for news on the web we stumble into a great web site that makes us lose track of time for an hour or so. If we’re so dragged into the site, we figure that most BangShifters will be, too. So here’s the latest, a blog site called The Monthly Iron.

The site is made up of three blog areas. Hecho in Texas is about Texas-related hot rodding and has a lot of very neat history of local people and tracks. The second section is called Tri Five Chevy Gasser and is just about those cars and covers new and old versions. Finally there is Ingenuity in Action that is about old movies that contain cars and hot rods.

The site is very hard to navigate, but as you click through pages you’ll keep seeing new menus of topics on the right side. Just keep clicking on what interests you and you may kill an entire lunch hour.
