Every time I see a bed made from a truck bed, or a tailgate bench, or one of those couches made from the trunk of a car, I think how cool that would be to have in the house. Since we’re designing the inside of the new shop and house, I am all over figuring out ways to build some cool furniture and accessories from car stuff. I have a killer idea for a vanity in the shop bathroom as well, but I’ll let you in on that one when we start putting it together. When you really start looking around at what people have made, there are some really cool and creative ideas out there.
I’ve seen everything from lighting to benches, to desks, bars, and more. People use everything from the grill to the tailgate on trucks and parts of cars I never would have expected to be used for furniture. There’s a roof used for a coffee table down below, and it looks like it should be in a fancy furniture store! I guess that’s one of the cool things about all the things people have designed, as some of them look like diy projects, but some of them look ultra trick.

I’ve shot a lot of pool, and I’m here to tell ya that my belt buckle would rip the hell outa that Z/28 paint!!!!!!
