Oh man, this one hurts. Located only about 30 miles from the East Coast BangShift.com headquarters is this killer 1964 Ford N750 tow truck. This baby was high class back in the day with its Holmes twin-boom set up. This was a big dog wrecker back then before the age of rotating booms and zillion dollar trucks.

This truck appears to have been in the showroom of a local towing business. It looks to be restored to better than new condition and by all accounts has lived a sheltered life with its current owners.

Old timey tow guys used these trucks to perform the same work as seen on television these days but had to use stuff like snatch blocks and sheer brains and determination to move loads that far outweighed their trucks. Outriggers be damned!
