This is certainly one of those “fact is stranger than fiction” stories. Ender Durgut was involved in a high speed chase back in March which saw him drive over spike strips and continue to run before crashing into two Massachusetts State Police cruisers and exiting his then burning Toyota Venza. Because of that incident his license was indefinitely revoked, although we’re pretty sure he should still have been sitting in jail. Our opinion on that stems from the fact that this same guy walked into a Boston area Toyota dealership last week and started up another Toyota Venza, attempting to crash his way out of the showroom and onto the city streets.
According to multiple reports, Durgut first got into a Toyota Prius and tried to start it. When that didn’t work he sought the familiar and comfy confines of a Venza. That car did start and he smashed the Prius and hammered the gas with the apparent intention of driving through a wall. The truly scary part is that a pregnant dealership clerk was on the other side of said wall. A fast thinking and gutsy mechanic reached into the car and shut it down before an already insane situation got any worse.
Durgut then walked out of the place like nothing happened before police scooped him up while he walked down the street a short few minutes later. He is now back in the cooler, presumably for a long time. This is good news if you are a Toyota Venza apparently because that seems to be this lunatic’s vehicle of choice. Like a buddy of ours who worked selling cars for years said, “You never know who is walking through that door next.” Apparently not!

Man wrecks Venza and Prius while trying to crash his way out of a Boston area Toyota dealership.
No mug shot???
We used to put crazy people in insane asylums. What they call bi-polar now used to be schitzophenia. You’d be in mostly for life. Watched, monitored, etc. But the ACLU sued until crazy people can’t be put away without their consent. How crazy is that?
Bi-Polar & Schizophrenia are two very different conditions. One is not a re-naming of the other. Very simplified Bi-polar means you randomly switch from being really depressed to really excited and excitable, Schizophrenia is a breakdown of the thought process often making the person have some combination of hallucinations, paranoia, delusions, incoherent though and/or speech patterns, and an inability to function in society.
And the old insane asylums were hell-holes for the people in them. A lot of them were relatively sane & functional, and some where completely sane but someone bribed someone to lock them away with the truly dangerous crazies.
I’m not saying the current system is perfect, but the old system did little to nothing to treat or cure the patients(and what little treatment they had was horrible things like electroshock therapy), their living conditions could be pretty disgusting, and they were at the mercy of the whims of the staff.
Maybe the Venzas accelerator got stuck on the floormat, he just went for a ride. No loss anyway, he should be commended for eliminating a Prius and a Venza.
Let’s bail him out and send him crashing Toyota dealers across the country!
What? Do they just leave the keys in the new cars in Romney-land? On the other hand, it’s a Venza, so who’d want to steal it.

of course like your website however you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I to find it very bothersome to inform the reality however I will surely come back again.
