BangShift Chad is on site at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio for Day 3 of racing at Hot Rod Drag Week 2009. He just called in to report that Larry Larson’s 1966 Chevy II just ran the quickest and fastest pass ever in the five-year history of the event! It was 7.25 at 199 mph. He claims the car could run 6s at 215! If this car finishes the week, it will have driven 1,000 miles and run nearly 200 mph in the quarter. That’s probably one of man’s greatest achievements!
