We had our faces buried in the camera all day for the live streaming broadcast of the 2011 Holley National Hot Rod Reunion, so we are way light on photos. We busted out our camera at the Thursday night cruise that happens at the host hotel for the NHRR and zapped some shots of cool cars and even a cackling top fueler!
The cruise serves as a kicking off party for the event and lots of the show car contingent come over to extend their day. At the same time the cruise is going on, the ceremony recognizing the honorees of the reunion is held. This year Jim Oddy, Bruce Larson, Jack Doyle and other historic figures from the world of drag racing were honored by Dave Mac, the voice we all associate with the NHRA.
