SEMA 2014: More Cool Cars, Trucks, And Engines From The SEMA Show Floor

SEMA 2014: More Cool Cars, Trucks, And Engines From The SEMA Show Floor

We’re back as we will be all week with SEMA 2014 photo coverage. We going to do our best to bring you all the important news, fun photos, and inside stories from this massive show in Las Vegas. Today we’ve got another load of photos for you that feature everything from sweet gassers like the 1955 Chevy you see above to interesting engines like the marine Coyote Ford engine below. There’s a Cosworth V8 in this gallery that you’ll lose your mind over because it is like mechanical jewelry sitting there on a stand. In an amusing moment, I blasted the photo of the Cosworth engine as a guy was vacuuming the spot where it will be displayed for the week. Normally under my engines I am sliding around in a puddle of sludge. This one needs clean carpet to be properly viewed!

We’re having fun running around the show and getting all the latest scoops on parts and pieces that have either yet to hit the market or will be coming to sale at a speed shop near you in the short term future. Race cars, trucks, hot rods, and a whole bunch more in this gallery of goodness from the 2014 SEMA show. If you see something in here that raises questions, stick them in the comments section and I’ll try to get you the answer or more information.

Also, the new Mustang has a strong presence here but not an overwhelming one that we have sensed yet. That being said, we still have a lot of of show to cover. Our early verdict? We think that it is fine looking automobile.

I just hadta ask with reference to pic 024 of the ’55 Chevy in the gallery.

What’s up with the woogity-lookin’ fuel lines and the driver’s side bowl inlets?

Are those bowls some kinda MoPar, Ford, or International Harvester pieces?
