(Photos by Johnny Gaudette) – For nearly half a century now, the Early Ford Club V8 of New England has put on the Spring Tune Up car show to get hot rodders and gearheads out of the winter mode and into the spring cruising season. The event was last weekend and our own Johnny Gaudette was there checking out the cars and thankfully for us, blasting photos to show you the scene at Fitchburg Airport where it all went down. From land speed racers to big boulevard killers like the Chrysler 300 below, there was a lot of variety and a lot of car guys and girls who were itching to get out and see their pals along with their cars after a brutal winter.
