Joe Grippo is at it again! We have two fantasic galleries of his photos from the 2009 Pennsylvania Dutch Classic, held at Maple Grove Raceway, October 23-25. This is one of the premier sportsman drag races in the country and is an event that should be on the bucket list of every fan of sportsman class racing out there.

There are literally hundreds of Stockers and Super Stockers on the grounds. A SS/A Hemi shootout that this year, produced the first pass in the 8.20’s from those amazing cars. Jim Daniels in his 1968 Hemi Dart can lay claim to that bit of history. He used grunt supplied and tuned by Ray Barton to set the new class record.

Outside of the Stock and Super Stock cars, there are all your favorite index categories and the lunatics in Top Sportsman and Top Dragster. Joe did a fantastic job of capturing the action both in the pits and on the track. We have a gallery of each for you to check out.
