We’re too often reporting about bad stuff happening to race tracks across the country so we were overjoyed to learn that a new drag strip is set to be built in Utah. This isn’t one of those projects that will never happen, either. Earth starts moving on Friday near the Washington Country Fairgrounds in Hurricane, Utah.
The Red Hills Raceway is going to be a modest strip, set on 10 acres, and having seating provisions for 2,500 people. That’s music to our ears, as small strips are totally our favorite.
