Killer Barn Find: An All-Original 1932 Ford Tudor!

Killer Barn Find: An All-Original 1932 Ford Tudor!

Joel Nystrom went on a simple parade cruise in his amazingly bitchin’ Duesenberg and ultimately ended up driving home one of the most original and intact 1932 Ford Tudor sedans in the world. It is yet another example of just how many killer old cars are lurking in the nooks and crannies all over this country! There is probably awesome junk within a mile of where ever you are reading this from!

Nystrom’s Duesey drew the attention of an older woman when he rolled by during a local parade. That woman turned out to be a freind of Joel’s mom. After meeting up with them after the parade, the women proceeded to tell Joel about an all original Ford that had been in her family since her uncle bought it new. She had recently lost good storage for the car and her brother had been tending to it. By tending to it, we mean he drove it around the block once a year.

Joel listened intently but did not feel right making an offer on what seemed to be a family heirloom that they didn’t want to part with. As it turns out, the woman asked Joel’s mom if she thought he’d be interested. He of course was and a brief negotiation took place before a price that both parties agreed on was found.

Nystrom found the car to have the original hand crank, tool set, and owners’ manual! He fired the car up and drove it home, ancient mechanical brakes and all.
