Holley has announced the expansion of the Mr Gasket chrome water pump line. The pumps are designed to compliment the other Mr Gasket chrome engine dress-up products and are designed to be used on big and small block Chevy engines. The pumps are available in short and long designs with dual mounting bolt patterns so that you can attach them to early or late versions of those popular engines.

Developed specifically for Big Block and Small Block Chevys for both short- and long-style applications, they’re lightweight, with dual mounting-bolt patterns to accommodate both early and late model engines.
Mr. Gasket Chrome Aluminum Water Pumps are made of aluminum, chrome-plated, and CNC-machined. They feature a sturdy aluminum impeller, a heavy-duty shaft guided by a 5/8-inch pilot, and come complete with mounting gaskets for a fast, easy installation.

I sure hope the quality has improved with the Mr. Gasket line. The last Mr. Gasket product I bought turned out to be cheap quality, made in China valve cover hold down T bolts. The T wouldn’t fit on some and one wasn’t even threaded to screw on to the stud.

Whilst the pump looks killer I would be sceptical about the quality. I fairly recently purchased a single groove Mr gasket water pump pulley and it had that much run out it almost clashed with the balancer pulley. (lucky it was noticed while engine was on the stand)
Took it back to where it was purchased only to find out they had around 6 or 7 all blister packed ready for sale but all J U N K.
Picked one up at the next swap OEM, not chrome but runs true.
Where is this thing manufactured ? Nigeria ? Vietnam ?
