Tools that don’t work are a pain and just plain suck. I recently bought such a tool and had to return it. Luckily, the Ulrasonic Cleaner from Eastwood is no such tool. This sucker is rad, works like a champ, and is Iron Trap tested and approved. I can tell you that there are some parts that you can clean really simply and others that will never ever be clean when compared to the power of the Eastwood Ultrasonic Cleaner. In this video, you’ll see it being put through its paces and being used to clean the Holley carb on this project.
Video Description from Iron Trap:
In one of our most recent Vlogs Steve took the carb off of the 1934 Ford “Beautiful”, disassembled it, and cleaned it with the Eastwood Ultrasonic Cleaner. Today we are going to take two very dirty carburetors and test the Eastwood Ultrasonic Cleaner at the most extreme. The Holley carb was sitting outside and is full of rust and leaves. The Winfield was in an attic of a building with a leaking roof and is covered in oxidation. Both carbs are frozen and do not freely move. Hopefully, after some time in the sonic cleaner, both carbs will look better than when they went in!! We plan to do some more Sonic Cleaner testing in the future!
