A new Top Fuel engine rule? That’s what Jeff Burk is saying in a piece over at DragRacingOnline. Burk claims that the NHRA is working with a couple of people/teams to develop a spec engine that would allow the cars to go back to the full quarter-mile at reduced speeds.
