ABANDONED 1955 Chevy Nomad Update: Ruining The Interior To Make The Car Cooler? Hmmm

Wow, just wow. This one might set a whole new bar. Tell us what you think. Is it good? Is it bad? Is he really just ruining a ’55 Chevrolet Nomad?

Well, the forgotten project Nomad is moving right along! It’s been painted, thrashed, wired, glass has been installed, too many other things to count, and now it’s time for interior.

It started out as less car than he thought it was, but that just means the progress on this thing is sort of fluid. And so is the plan for it, which is why the thing is now a gasser! Just look at it now.

DD Speed Shop has no shortage of project cars and somehow this one was completely forgotten. I don’t know how that’s possible, but man I’m glad they have such cool ones to remember, like this 1955 Nomad. Check it out and see what’s coming next right here!

Video Description:

Now, let’s screw up some interior! As per usual, I had no plans for the interior as I walked into the fabric store. Granted, black vinyl is always an easy go-to. I wanted something that would stand out. What stands out the most? GOLD! So I picked up a few yards of gold material and sat on it for the day. I wasn’t overly excited about the gold on its own. It needed a little “DD Speed Shop” sprinkled in. So a mix of fabric dye, paint thinner, foam, and textured black vinyl where thrown in the mix. What do you guys think?? Also, I was pretty proud of dash covering…
