It’s time for an update on this cool 1950 Chevy pickup project they have recently started over at Bello’s Kustoms. Mike and the crew have been working on this one and started out with some chassis love in the form of a new IFS system up front, along with motor mounts. In this second installment, the chassis love continues with a rear C-notch for axle clearance and a nice ride at the lowest of ride heights. In addition to the C-notch, the transmission crossmember is going together and at that point this thing is getting dangerously close to be a roller that is ready to start going together.
I do love the traditional look that Bello’s is known for, but this modern take on it with the bigger wheel and tire is cool. I especially like the artillery style wheels on some things and this Chevy pickup right here is one of them.
