Well, it’s time to see if Brent can stuff and engine and transmission into this thing. It started out as just a fun yard art project, which I TOTALLY approve of, but now it’s turning into something else entirely. He’s got some adjustments to make, and more hacking to do, because fitting an engine in this one might prove challenging even though he’s not afraid to cut stuff up. Let’s watch and see how he handles it.
It’s kind of crazy to think you can build something with a zero dollar budget, but if you have the amount of “stuff” sitting around that Brent has, maybe it’s not that crazy after all. If you can shop in your own wrecking yard, then anything is possible right?
We love Brent’s drive and determination, but it may be his resourcefulness and creativity with used parts that impresses me most. I remember when I first started watching his channel, and he was doing a chop top on some winter driver 4-door Mercury. What impressed the hell out of me was the fact that he went out to his roof pile, yes he has a pile of roofs from cars and trucks, and picked one that already had the shape he wanted to he didn’t have to cut up the entire stock roof to try and shape it. I fell in love with the idea of a roof pile and now I can’t help but follow his projects because you never know what kind of cool he’s going to pull out of thin air.
Here’s the third video in the series, let’s see how he’s doing.
