Tony Angelo Is Doing A DIRT CHEAP Turbo 6 Cylinder Build! With Boost On The Slant Six, They Cut The 0-60 Time IN HALF!

I’m a fan of junk builds, as well as projects that have no good reason to do other than to put smiles on the faces of those doing them. I mean that’s what hot rodding is all about, right? So when Tony Angelo decided to take a cheap old Dodge D100, that like so many is Slant Six powered, and then added a cheap turbo and some back yard ingenuity to make it do burnouts and not drive like a slug, we whole heartedly approved. And the video is great because Tony is having way to much fun with it! Wouldn’t you?

Now before you start worrying about the Dodge’s Slant Six, remember that the “leaning tower of power” is one of the most durable six cylinders ever built. Hell, these things run no matter what, and I think some boost is just what they have always wanted. Let’s see if Tony proves me right!

Video Description:

What happens when you take a $800 old trash truck and slap on a $123 Amazon turbo? EVERYTHING GOOD! In this epsiode, Tony Angelo and the Stay Tuned crew slap a dirt cheap turbo setup on Barb’s 1980 Dodge D150 in hopes of significantly increasing its incredibly lackluster performance. Will it sound nasty and perform flawlessly, or will it get sent to space in 1000 pieces? STAY TUNED to find out!
