Taken at the Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway in 1972, this race recap video is fifteen minutes worth of awesome. The footage of the “cutting edge” pit crews of the day is entertaining as hell. 

David Pearson in his 429ci Mercury and Bobby Allison in his 427ci Monte Carlo really duke it out in this one. It is pretty amazing to watch these two guys pass each other multiple times on the same lap.
