You’ve probably seen Mike Ryan’s awesome Freightliner race truck before. He’s won his class 12 times at Pikes Peak and been in numerous videos and stunts with the truck. A while back the guys at Hot Rod had him blowing donuts around a car that was driving on two wheels. Anyway, this video is his magnum opus, featuring the 2,000hp truck sliding around and drifting in ways that make any true BangShifter smile.
We really dig the truck’s Gulf Oil themed paint job. The huge super single tires on the rear go up in smoke at will. Considering that the truck makes an advertised 3,400 lb/ft of torque, that is understandable. Mike’s skills behind the wheel of this tank come from years of racing experience and it shows. He’s able to toss the big bastard around like nothing!
