Hell Charger: See The Story On The Live-Action Ghost Rider Build Here!

The 1969 Dodge Charger, once again. Do you think that anybody in Auburn Hills could have even come close to grasping just how much of a legend this car would become? They had no clue, I’m sure of it, but in nearly fifty years’ time, in movies, television shows, video games, drag strips, NASCAR tracks, and just about anywhere you’ll find a car, you’ll find a Charger of this generation that is bonafide lust-worthy. People are hunting down the biggest basket-case cars to put back on the street at costs that will make your head spin because they have to have one. You can be the good guy or the bad guy in a Charger. Either way, you are the badass…the car’s reputation writes the check to cover your hide.

What you are looking at is what’s known as the “Hell Charger”. It’s from the most recent reboot of the “Ghost Rider” series, where a new Rider, Robbie Reyes, uses the Charger in the same manner that Johnny Blaze character used his motorcycle. If you’re seeing bits and pieces of the Charger that Dom Toretto drives in the Fast and Furious franchise, you aren’t too far off…the writers of the new Ghost Rider series specifically had that car in mind when they wanted picture cars made up for the live-action version of Reyes’ Ghost Rider. Oddly enough, when they found their builder, there was one more connection to that car. Check out the story on how this car came to be below:

With todays technology .I believe it would be cost effective and time savings .To just put an empty blower on the engine for real .Or a real blower. Why go through making all that stuff to mount the blower on it.But he was doing what the customer wanted.More money for the shop. I’ll be glad when they go to using Mustangs and Camaros for these types of movies. Leave the Chargers alone already.
