Rick’s Tanks How-To Video: Installing A Replacement Fuel Tank With In-Tank Pump In A ’57 Chevy

BangShift Contributor Justin Oney, and the gang from Rick’s Tanks, recently swapped out the factory fuel tank and hack job fuel system in Justin’s Craigslist ’57 Chevy project for one of Rick’s bitchin stainless steel replacement tanks. This one is equipped with an in-tank electric fuel pump and all the goodies. It’s a stupid simple swap, where the hardest part is going to be removing the old crappy rusted bolts that hold the factory straps in place. Once you get the old tank out, the Rick’s tank practically installs itself with help from one buddy with one hand on the jack and the other holding a beer.

Watch the video, and keep in mind that this is a nearly identical install to almost any GM muscle car.
