I hate stuff that takes up floor space in the shop. That’s probably because I’ve never had some giant space to work in and so all my junk seems to end up stacked up and in the way so there is never enough room to work. Well that is changing at the new BANGshift West shop as I’m trying to keep clutter to an absolute minimum. While going over ideas for building myself a new welding table, I came across this cool video showing a swiveling stool that is mounted to one leg of a welding table and fell in love. I’ve seen similar designs before, in fact Daphne and I saw them on a dining table we loved several years ago. But this is the first time I’ve seen someone do a video showing just how they made one and I really dig it. I might actually add more than one to my next welding table. We’ll see.
