Cordless vs Air: The Battle For Ratchet Supremacy Is Right Here! Putting Them To The Test To See Who Reigns Supreme.

Cordless vs Air: The Battle For Ratchet Supremacy Is Right Here! Putting Them To The Test To See Who Reigns Supreme.

I have always been horrible about using power tools. I forget to grab the air ratchet and instead spend my time with a hand ratchet all the while thinking I should stop and go get the power tool. I know where I get it though, because my dad is the same way and I have to remind him all the time that we have a cordless ratchet. It isn’t anything fancy, just a Ryobi 12v unit, but it spins bolts and nuts out or in quicker than I can and that’s all that matters. I bought it for $29 at Home Depot on clearance and it’s been great to have. And I hate air tools, mostly because I hate listening to an air compressor run, so cordless is cool. But are they as good? Cause there are some tiny air ratchets now too, which really appeal to me. Hmmmm

In this video from the Torque Test Channel we’re going to see who really owns the power ratchet game as air vs cordless battle it out. I think it’s going to be close. Or will it?

Watch and find out.

Our lifetime worth of TOOL RANKINGS are updated weekly: https://torquetestchannel.etsy.com/li… SP ratchet: https://amzn.to/49aUnFL 1120 Long ratchet: https://amzn.to/3VBDe51 M12 high speed: https://amzn.to/43D2eLc 1128 impact ratchet: https://amzn.to/3TSWucP HF Earthquake: https://www.harborfreight.com/38-in-i… ~We may earn from purchases via the amazon links above~

The useful thing about many ratchets like these is their specs on non-cheapy examples are usually based in reality, which means you don’t necessarily need to choose from the ones tested here to find good power and decent speed, if you find something with similar specs in a size/price you’d prefer from a known air tool brand – buy that! A rare thing amongst tools we find.
