(Words and photos by Doug Gregory) – Last gallery from the 2016 Carl Casper Show in Louisville, KY. This collection runs the gamut from an old Ford church bus to a Manx dune buggy. We spotted a V8-swapped Chevy Luv (don’t’ see those much anymore) and a Beautiful Dodge D100. We got a chance to see Bill Stebbins Jr’s 600+ RWHP CTSV which was particularly clean though it’s a regularly-driven ride. A Willys panel called ‘Moonshiners Supply’ offered everything from corn to bail bonds. Plenty of Tri-5s were on scene and some more out-of-the ordinary fare.
We had a great time at the show even though it was smaller than previous years. Hopefully the organizers and the venue won’t be so stingy with space next year and let Coolsville return to the West-wing.

I’m building a 57 4-Door Chevy Wagon with lots of late model resto mods. It will be a tow car for short trips with our 57 – 150 Drag car. 1 have a Sedan Delivery rear door already fitted. I would like to know the owner/builder of the great looking “150” Nomad in this photo above from the Carl Casper Louisville Show. Anybody know?
