2018 East Coast Indoor Nationals Photos: Big Horsepower, Cool Cars, And A Refuge From The Cold

(Photos by Joe Grippo) – The East Coast Indoor Nationals have been going for nearly 30 years now and each winter hot rodders in the Mid-Atlantic part of the county know that the Timonium Fairground Cow Palace will be loaded to the gills with race cars, hot rods, trucks, and whatever other neat stuff can be wedged in there. Delaying the inevitable mothballing of all hot rodding activity in the region is a fun deal and as has been the case for several years, our man Joe Grippo was on the scene to give us the skinny on exactly what was cool and interesting at the 2018 running of the show.

He sent us a couple hundred photos from the gathering which we will dole out to you in FDA approved doses as to not throw off your appetite. This first one gives us a good look at cruisers, race cars, hot rods, and come cars that seem to be pulling triple duty at being all of those things. Enjoy.
