Cool New Product Video: The Aeromotive Phantom Apex Keeps You Fueled With Jet Siphon Technology

We love the guys and girls at Aeromotive Fuel Systems because not only have they been a part of BangShift since the day we opened the doors a decade ago, they have been innovating every days as well. The company won the vaunted Manufacturer of the The Year award at SEMA this year and they unleashed an awesome group of new products on the world as well. One of those products was the Phantom Apex. Using all of the company’s killer and proven Phantom technology, this drop in style pump uses a patented jet siphon system to draw fuel from the furthest reaches of your car’s tank, keeping you well fueled whether you are autocrossing, rock crawling, drag racing, or simply hunting for a fuel station.

The genius of this system becomes doubly cool when we start talking about newer cars with saddle style gas tanks. You can drop the siphon line on the “far side” of the saddle tank and make 100% sure that you are always going to have access to that fuel, no matter where it is in the tank.

The jet siphon is self flooding, which means that even if the thing somehow has an interruption with an air pocket it will not break the siphon action and you’ll continue to have fresh fuel to use. Additionally there are check balls in the bladder to retain fuel as well. This is a simple and great development that’ll keep that pump fully surrounded in fresh fuel.

The best part of all of this is the fact that the check balls and the jet siphon can be retrofitted to any Phantom pump. If you want to upgrade your existing Phantom you don’t need to buy all new stuff. Simply get the check balls and the jet siphon kit and be on your way.
