Control Your Hemi: Holley Terminator X EFI Now Supports Gen 3 HEMI VVT, SRV and 46RE Transmissions

When it comes to controlling late model drivetrains with plug and play EFI, the Gen III Hemi and 46RE transmissions have been a bit go a tough nut to crack. The good news is that Holley has done it and the Terminator X EFI series now supported the Gen 3 Hemi VVT, SRV, and 46RE transmissions that so many enthusiasts are using or want to use.

Gone are the days of hacking up your OEM harness to get the desired effect for your car. Now you can simply plug in the Terminator X and be in business managing your variable valve timing, your short runner valve intake, and the computerized functions of the 46RE. That transmission is interesting as it still uses a TV cable for the early 1-2 and 2-3 shift. You will gain control of 3-4 shift, the torque converter lockup and other functions.

This is amazing functionality for a stand alone entry level EFI system. Get on it Mopar fans!

GEN III HEMI VVT Harness
2009+ Gen III Hemi engines rolled off the showroom floor with Variable Valve Timing (VVT). Now, both Terminator X and Terminator X Max ECUs will allow you to control and tune the VVT with the use of the plug and play VVT harness.
GEN III HEMI VVT and SRV Harness
If you are using a stock intake manifold that came from the factory with the Short Runner Valve, we also have a new plug and play sub harness that will allow you to utilize the SRV actuator and capitalize on its low RPM torque benefits.
Chrysler 46RE Transmission Control Harness
If your HEMI swap project is using a Chrysler 46RE Transmission, commonly found in 1996-2003 Dodge Ram – Dakota, or Durango V8 trucks, you can finally control your transmission through the Terminator X or X MAX ECU.
Keep in mind, the 46RE has a mechanically controlled 1-2 and 2-3 shift, meaning you must run a TV cable to ensure no damage is done to the transmission. The Terminator X will allow you to control your 3-4 shift, Lockup Torque Converter, and the electronically controlled governor pressure circuit, within the transmission.
