The march of technology is awesome. Things get refined, changed, adapted, and ultimately they get better and more user friendly. This has been more clearly exemplified by the rise and refinement of aftermarket EFI systems that are available from a multitude of companies around the aftermarket these days. Holley really went all-in on their EFI program years ago and they have developed options that fit the needs of cruisers to hardcore racers and everyone in between. From their Terminator and Dominator systems that have shown capability of handing the needs to racers managing thousands of horsepower to their bolt on Sniper system, these guys have you covered and now the have you covered with dual quads!
While it has been POSSIBLE to run dual throttle bodies for some time, there wasn’t really a designated setup for dual quad injection. Understanding that people not only want the looks but the ability to support big horsepower with multiple throttle bodies, Holley has dropped the Sniper EFI 4150 dual quad option on the table. Each throttle body has its jobs to handle and in tandem they can support up to 1,200hp. They offer them for naturally aspirated engines as well as draw-through boosted applications for those of you who run a roots blower on your hot rod.
The video below tells the whole story and uses an awesome pickup truck to illustrate the tire-shredding goodness that this thing represents. Watch the video to learn more!
I like it, I have heard the self learning systems can be wildly inconsistent if used for bracket racing. This looks like the way to go.
