A BangShifty Look Inside Hendrick Motorsports – Race Cars, Parts, Wrecks, Trophies, And More!

A BangShifty Look Inside Hendrick Motorsports – Race Cars, Parts, Wrecks, Trophies, And More!

(Photos by Joe Grippo) – When Joe Grippo and his bride made their trip south of hang out at the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang at Charlotte Motor Speedway they also made a dedicated effort to visit seemingly every other cool place below the Mason-Dixon line! We have showed you the photos from visiting the Richard Petty museum and the Wood Brothers museum so it is now that we decided to show you the photos from their stop at Hendrick Motorsports world HQ.

Between the number of cars and engines and trophy cases, and other stuff this place is 100% wall to wall team history and it is one building in what looks to be an entire complex owned and operated by Hendrick Motorsports. Joe’s a diehard Ford man but even he appreciates all the history and the scope of the industry that is NASCAR. Just taking this virtual tour of the Hendricks museum is mind blowing in its size and scope. All of the championship trophies and cars from the likes of  Jeff Gordon, Jimmy Johnson, and others will make your head spin. There’s a tribute to Tim Richmond in the form of a trophy that holds his hat and other stuff, and there’s just something neat about gawking at completely mangled race cars that are just kind of sitting there on the floor of the place to allow people to do just that.

Our words are selling it short. This place is FLIPPING NUTS! Hit the link and take the tour through the lens of Joe Grippo –

Hope he wore a Ford Racing shirt when he was behind enemy lines . . . .

Pardoned “Jailbird” Hendrick is the “LS” of NASCAR, IMAO . . . .

HMS is emblematic of nearly everything*** that has ruined “stock car” racing over the past twenty-five years.
