I always thought that more people who live in snowy weather, where they salt the roads and all that, should drive Corvettes. Depending on the year, the only things that can rust on them are the chassis and some suspension components. The later they are the less parts there are to rust. In the C4 that Derek is driving in this video, the chassis is steel but the suspension parts are aluminum. So why not have one of these as a winter driver? I mean they are way more fun than some crappy little car. So why not?
Let’s see what kind of adventures Derek has while driving this one back to the Vice Grip Garage headquarters. Does it drive okay in the snow? Does he have fun? How were all the sites?
Video Description:
After I dropped off the Chevrolet Nova I found myself stranded in eastern United states. The only thing I can find cheap and quick was a 40-year-old corvette. We are going to find out if this thing will run and drive from New Jersey all the way to Tennessee ! Along the way we will stop at the White House walk by the Smithsonian Museum several monuments and take a inside deep tour of the Biltmore Mansion.
