Game Time: Forza Horizon 5 Is On The Way And Man Does It Look Good!

Game Time: Forza Horizon 5 Is On The Way And Man Does It Look Good!

(By Tom Lohnes) –  Forza, a racing franchise that first broke cover in 2001, has a giant following. Mostly based on their open-world Horizon series, this following was not pleased with the current Forza game, Forza Horizon 4. Well, Xbox game studios and Playground Games have heard about this, so they released Forza Horizon 5.

With the largest, most diverse map yet in a Forza game, the Horizon festival moves to Mexico for this game, and with that comes a lot of different environments. Ranging from a giant city to an active volcano, you have a lot to explore in this game. All-new driving physics and car sounds keep the 9-year-old horizon series fresh. A totally new UI, which uses AI technology to track what you like to do in the game and find servers better-suited to your personal preferences in the game.

Now that’s all cool, but are there any new cars? Well, if you’re a fan of the new Ford Bronco, get excited. For one, the new 2021 Ford Bronco is making its video-game debut, but that’s not all. Not one, but two Ford Bronco racecars are in the game. One being Vaugn Gittin Jr’s personal off-roader, the other being the new 2021 Bronco racecar that participated in the Baja 1000 a few months ago. The new Land Rover defender joins the fleet, carrying on the huge addition of off-roaders to this game. The cover car is the Mercedes-AMG Project 1, also known as a street-legal Formula 1 car. In terms of EVs, the new Porsche Taycan is in the game, which will be an awesome car to play around with.

Forza Horizon 5 arrives to Xbox One, Xbox Series S and X consoles, as well as PCs on November 9th starting at $59.99.
