Porsches, regardless of year or model, or pretty cool cars. Some are cooler than others, but there is no doubt that these machines have shaped the automotive world and that their performance models are widely regarded as some of the most refined, capable, and well engineered machines on the planet. Some of them are also pretty expensive. One such model is the GT3 and GT3 RS. These are some of the baddest of the bad and I know people who own them, along with a ton of other REALLY capable cars, and they love them. But what if you are a baller on a budget like the rest of us? Can you buy a cheap Porsche and make it into something that can keep up with, or outperform, a GT3 car?
Tony Angelo is about to find out in this video right here! He is putting his LS swapped Carrera up against a real deal GT3 to see just how his compares. We’ll let him tell the story of his car himself, as well as some tweaks they are making to get it just right before the competition.
Boy this thing looks fun.

We swapped in a 5.3 Aluminum LS V8 making near 400HP and it’s been running around the PA backroads for months! Before it can take on the best 996 that Porsche had to offer, it needs some upgrades.
