Demonic Dyno Session: Watch Ryan Tuerck’s Judd V10 Touch 10,000 and 11,000 RPM On The Pump

There are pretty high stakes whenever an engine is put on the dyno for testing, right? No matter if it is a 350hp engine that you made yourself in the garage or whether it is some whiz-bang creation from a group of race engineers or experts, your hopes and dreams are kind of riding with that lump of metal as the throttle is opened and closed. Take those feelings and kick them up about, ohhh, 11,000 RPM and we can kind of start to think about what Ryan Tuerck was feeling when he shipped a Judd Power V10 back to England for it to be mapped and tested on the company’s dyno. Now, imagine flying yourself to England to watch this big dollar racing engine get turned to 11,000 RPM MULTIPLE TIMES in front of you. Good gravy this is a wild project!

As we showed you before, Tuerck has denied to dump this Judd V10 into a Supra for his next drift project and we know that he has done awesome things before like horning a Ferrari engine into a little GT-86 Toyota. We were kind of surprised by the tiny torque number of this 3.0L V10 engine and while we knew it was not going to be huge we are surprised at how small it was.

We’re guessing that he will overcome that with proper gearing and insane wheel speed out of his Supra with the engine screaming away in the front. This is some raw dyno video. No plot, just noise and engine stuff.
