Auto Trader Classics Find: 1988 Buick Park Aveamino

Auto Trader Classics Find: 1988 Buick Park Aveamino

One of the best parts of this gearhead universe we all live in is diversity. We all think differently and have different interpretations of what “cool” is. Due to that we all get to bask in the glory of stuff like this bizarre 1988 Buick Park Ave-amino. This isn’t some hill-jack, torch cut conversion. Instead it is a professionally done job which was completed in the great white north, aka, Canada.

The seller provides very little info other than the fact that the car was constructed in 1992, has the zooty Park Avenue trim package and the tailgate doesn’t open.

Seeing stuff like this often leads us to play the entertaining mental game of “what was the thought behind this build”?Our initial thought was that this car may have been for a funeral home or something, perhaps used as a flower car. Well, flower cars usually aren’t blue, so that may be out the window. The bed looks as though it has never been used and by the looks of the shock towers, the factor suspension is still in use.

The interior is factory fresh with the grandpa approved, super plushy seats. This baby sure looks like a cream puff! The dual exhaust isn’t exactly racy, but it does look better than a single shooter.

So, what’s your take on this mini Buick elky? Weirdly cool? Just weird? Awful? Speak your piece!
