Everyone knows I’m a station wagon freak, but what might surprise people is that always have been. And on the list of cool station wagons were always the Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser. These Cutlass based, A Body GM wagons were great, and they looked like a 442 but with a long flat roof. I mean what’s not to like? And especially if the thing was 455 powered, which is supposedly what is under the hood of this monster here. It’s not pretty, and it needs some work, but we could see this thing lowered with big and littles and all that Olds torque to fry the tires with. Let us know what you think.
Video Description:
I recently picked this 1971 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser station wagon up as part of a package deal from another car guy. Story is it came from New Mexico and had a 1968 455 Rocket Engine in it and was parked many years ago. After seeing that the engine bay is incomplete lets see if we can get the big block to breathe fire once again. If you’d like to own this piece of American history, it can be yours for the low price of $2,500 with a clear title. As always, thanks for watching!
