Dart has announced a tweaked version of their big-block Chevy tunnel ram intake manifold. The new version of the Dart tunnel ram has the fuel injector housing cast directly into the manifold, reducing the time and expense of welding for the engine builder.
This intake, like the previous iteration is available in configurations for 9.8” and 10.2” deck heights. It also features all of the performance improvements offered by the previous version, including curved runners, which meet the cylinder head ports at the correct angle to reduce turbulence in the transition, tapered “funnel ram” runners, that maximize intake charge velocity for more complete cylinder filling, and interchangeable top plates for inline carburetors and sideways carburetors.
Short and tall deck version are available.
